Stephen provides a wide range of business and analytical skills and problem-solving processes to our clients. Prior to joining PCM, Steve was Chief Executive Officer for Palmer International, Inc., where he oversaw the operations on a worldwide basis, including the U.S. plants in Worcester and Skippack, Pennsylvania and the facility in the United Kingdom located in Hartlepoole. He is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and has also completed the Uniform Investment Advisors Law Exam and has received his Series 65 designation. Steve’s 34 years of international business experience and skills sets are an invaluable asset to the PCM Team.

Outside the Office

Steve graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1979. He previously was employed with Palmer International for 26 years with the last four years serving as Chief Executive Officer. Steve lives in Blue Bell, PA with his wife, Betsy, of 30 years. Together, they have two grown children named Tom and Meg.
